These Terms govern the purchase and use of the INFUSTUDIOS Digital Support Pass and related services.
By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital Support Pass
The Digital Support Pass is a one-time purchase that includes:
- A unique reference ID number
- A PDF document about the INFUSTUDIOS ecosystem
This product is delivered digitally and immediately after payment.
3. No App or Streaming Access
The Digital Support Pass does not include access to any apps, streaming services, or subscription-based platforms.
4. Future Systems
Any future systems, platforms, or community features are not included with this purchase and may or may not be developed in the future.
5. Content Control
INFUSTUDIOS reserves full control over all content displayed in any future systems it may develop.
Users cannot upload or publish content directly unless explicitly approved through official INFUSTUDIOS programs.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe or Lemon Squeezy).
We do not store full payment card details.
7. Refunds
Due to immediate digital delivery, refunds may not be available once the product has been delivered, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
INFUSTUDIOS is not responsible for indirect losses, service delays, or future platform availability changes.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of changes.
